Town Council voted 4 to 1 for a residency requirement for members of the Planning Commission and the Board of Zoning Appeals. Councilmen Blank and Mullinax joined Councilwoman Berry and I in voting in favor. Councilman Kernodle voting against. Second and final reading will be scheduled for the February meeting.
